The prices below are all-inclusive for our wine making from juice batches, including the wine juice for your selected wine making, all the other ingredients needed to complete your wine making, all the necessary tools and equipment, all the bottles, CUSTOM LABELS and color coordinated foil bottle toppers to complete your wine making, and our personal instruction each step of the way to ensure your wine turns out perfect. The only other costs are NJ Sales Tax and a $15 Annual NJ Wine-Making License for new wine-makers, which we handle for you.

Our Wine-making

By starting with wine juice, our wine-making process is completed in about 8 weeks. And it’s done in “small batch”, namely 6 gallons. We think the most important difference is this. Plus, with small batch wine-making, a Full Batch is 28 bottles. That’s not possible when starting with grape – because the grape crop from every year is quite different – resulting in the same wine type having different tastes and character – plus the smallest amount possible is 1/4 of a 60 gallon barrel (75 bottles), and it might be just OK wine.
